While standing on the board, work the hinges back and forth and liberally apply penetrating lubricant to all moving parts until they move easily.11. If step 10 helps the hinges operate better, your motor might be fine and you can reassemble your board and conduct another test.12. Reassembling is just the previous process done backward. Make sure the running board is where it was at the beginning.
